iTrip Hollywood Beach is owned and operated by James Anders. After nearly 30 years in finance and specifically investment management, James pivoted his career to focus on the short term rental property management business. Through his expertise in analyzing industries and companies, he recognized the immense potential in the short term rental market and the need for companies offering expertise in property management.

As more and more people look to diversify their income away from traditional investments in bonds and stocks, the attractive income potential for short term rentals stands out as a key benefactor of this trend.
